Breakfast is served between 8am and 9.30am in the south facing dining room.

In warmer weather coffee or tea can be enjoyed after breakfast in the garden.

To start your breakfast: Selection of cereals, fresh fruit, yogurts, porridge, grapefruit segments, prunes, fruit compote.

Main breakfast options:

'English': Lincolnshire pork sausage, fried egg, back bacon, fried tomato and mushrooms.

'Vegetarian English': Vege-sausages, fried egg, streaky strips, fried tomato and mushrooms.

'Continental': Smoked ham, cheese, tomato and olives.

'Pescatorian': Smoked salmon, scrambled eggs, tomato and olives.

'Combo': Scrambled eggs, baked beans, mushrooms and fried tomato.

'Kippers': Smoked whole kipper with butter & lemon. 

Other breakfast choices: Scrambled eggs, poached eggs, cheese, baked beans, mushrooms or tomatoes on toast; boiled eggs.

To drink: Orange, grapefruit or apple juice. Tea (Ceylon, Darjeeling, Earl Grey, herbal or fruit teas) or coffee (ground arabica or decaffeinated).

'Bakery': Bread or toast (white or brown) or croissants.

All ingredients are specially selected for quality and flavour.

Supper:
Although we do not provide evening meals, we can provide a snack supper for guests on their first night if arriving late. This would be a choice of sandwiches (ham, tuna, cheese or salmon), crisps, fruit and a soft drink served in your room. This must be booked in advance.
